These terms apply to your use of Kipsby, provided by My Property Bid Pty Ltd (ABN 47 648 512 734) trading as Kipsby. By using Kipsby you agree to them.
The service
Kipsby is an AI assistant that helps with email, calendar, reminders, follow-ups and research through messaging, voice and phone. It is currently offered to a limited group of users and features may change.
Your approval and responsibility
Kipsby shows you emails, invites and other actions before they're carried out, and acts only after you approve. You're responsible for checking what you approve and for the messages sent from your accounts. AI can make mistakes, so please review important details (names, dates, amounts and addresses) before approving.
Not professional advice
Information Kipsby provides, including property data and research, is general information only. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice, and you should make your own enquiries before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kipsby to send spam, break the law, or infringe other people's rights, and don't try to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
Your accounts and data
You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to access and process it only to provide Kipsby to you, as described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect accounts or stop using Kipsby at any time.
Availability
We work to keep Kipsby reliable, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and reminders or messages can be delayed by third-party services. Don't rely on Kipsby for anything time-critical or safety-critical.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding fees paid for the relevant period.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will post changes here. We may suspend access if these terms are breached. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
